Frances was born in Ipswich, and has lived in Suffolk most of her life, apart from a brief
spell living and working in London. At the age of 60 Frances produced her first
documentary, Where Angels Fear to Tread. With no previous experience, she
purchased a camcorder and started filming. Frances has a passion for film making
and through her enthusiasm and determination, has succeeded in raising
awareness on subjects that are often pushed to one side: homelessness,
prostitution and drug addiction.
